I haven’t received my order confirmation
You will automatically receive your order confirmation by e-mail within 24 hours. If you are missing an order confirmation, please check your spam folder or other folders with special offers.
If you have not received your order confirmation within this time frame you are more than welcome to contact us for further help!
Can I edit/cancel my order after I’ve placed it?
Sadly no! Once your order is placed and imported to our system, it is not possible to edit it or make any changes.
We are really quick at processing your order and are therefore unable to cancel it before shipping. However, you are always more than welcome to return your order to us for free if you do not wish to keep it!
Can I change my shipping address?
Unfortunately, our system can not change any orders once they have been placed. This includes changing the delivery option and payment method.
If you happen to place an order with a wrong shipping address, please let us know. We will try to fix this for you, but we cannot guarantee that it will be possible, as the time window for manual changes is very short.
I haven’t received my shipping confirmation
As soon as your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with a link to a tracking page so that you can follow your order! Remember that this can sometimes end up in your spam folder so have a look there too! If you still cannot find it, please contact us and we will help you!

There’s a product missing in my order
If you are missing a product in your order, please contact us with your order number, the name of the missing product and a picture of your full return note and we will help you further. We sincerely apologise if this has happened to you!
If your package was damaged or opened when you received it, we ask you to directly contact your post office or the delivery service as well to make a claim for this. In this case, we would also appreciate if you would send us a picture of the damaged parcel.
I have received a wrong product
If you received incorrect product in your package, we sincerely apologise for this! Please contact us with your order number, the name of the product and a picture of the item and your Return Note. We will make sure to help you out with this.
I have received a damaged package
If your package was damaged or opened when you received it, we kindly ask you to contact us with a picture of the damaged parcel. Additionally, please also directly contact your post office or the delivery service as well to make a claim for this.
I forgot to add my discount code, can you help me?
We can add MOST discount codes if your order hasn’t been shipped yet! Kindly contact us with your order number and the discount code you wish to add to your order. We will happily do it for you as long as the code is still valid and applicable to the items you’ve purchased.
Please note, this is only possible for codes with a % to be taken off.
My discount code is not working!
Always make sure to enter your code exactly as you got it, we recommend that you copy/paste it to the box. Also make sure that your discount code has not expired.

How many times can I use my discount code?
Our discount codes are only valid once on one purchase.
Can I use my discount code on sales items?
No, our discount codes can only be used on full price items.
Sometimes we run extra offers for sale items, but we always specify if sale items are included.
Can I combine two discount codes?
No, it is not possible to combine two or more discount codes on one purchase!
Wrong size but ordered with a discount code?
Not a problem! Return the item following our return instructions, then place your new order. Get in touch with us and provide us both your original item’s order number and the new one and we will happily add the code for you!
